Emergency Services Skills Assessments (ESSA) Perth

The Emergency Services Skills Assessment (ESSA) provides a structured evaluation of an individual’s capabilities against defined industry standards. It serves as a point-in-time snapshot of a candidate’s ability to perform core functions across emergency services disciplines.

The trainee will demonstrate their skills through practical demonstration and knowledge checks.

concerns regarding completion of practical training and assessment requirements and to discuss options for reasonable adjustments.
