The health and safety of ERGT’s trainees, visitors, staff is always our highest priority. We want to reassure you that all of our centres are continuing to operate as ‘SAFE CONTROLLED WORKSITES’  ensuring all our clients are able to meet their critical  ‘License to Operate’ training requirement.

We are committed to our partnership with the energy and resources industry in every possible way, in the midst of Coronavirus outbreak.

Back in January we developed our latest ‘Pandemic Preparedness Response Plan’ in preparation to ensure our Perth, Melbourne and Darwin Training Centres remain safe, controlled but most importantly available for our partners during the outbreak and addressing any additional needs, once the outbreak is fully contained.

We are monitoring state/federal health bodies, taking daily measures to adjust our control measures and appropriately communicating across all of our  facilities.

We have outlined below a timeline of how we have addressed this challenge.

25th March

24th March

We are constantly reviewing the situation and taking measures. We have executed further measures in accordance to the guidelines coming out of govt authorities, our Pandemic Preparedness Plan and experts. We are committed to support the industry in a responsible way.

We are putting out posts on Facebook to keep the community informed as well.

March 19th

After careful analysis of the evolving situation we have executed another section of our ‘Pandemic Preparedness Plan’ to keep personnel and assets safe at all times. We have re-designed our processes and systems to achieve a ‘Safe Controlled  Worksite’. It is paramount to reassure the industry that we are ready to meet all client needs.

FEB 15th

We are rolling out a comprehensive 50 pager ‘Pandemic Preparedness Response Plan’ and starting to implement the plan in accordance to the evolving situation across all our facilities.

Jan 20th

ERGT Australia is putting together a  multi-disciplinary task force including experts from our crisis management team to commence work on ‘Pandemic Preparedness Response Plan’ when the outbreak was felt in other parts of the world and yet to make an impact in Australia.

The team will assess short to long term impact on the industry and how ERGT will meet the challenges  associated with maintaining operations during a pandemic event, across all our training centres.
