Hazardous Materials Skills Maintenance Perth
Refresh skills and competency in hazardous materials.
The purpose of ERGT’s Hazardous Materials Skills Maintenance course is to ensure ongoing competence and capability in the skills and knowledge required by the resource and mining industry emergency response teams to safely combat incidents involving hazardous materials.
Hazardous Materials skills training is crucial to ensure safety, compliance, emergency preparedness, and environmental protection, particularly important in mining and resources due to the use of explosives, chemicals and fuels in operations.
ERGT Skills Maintenance programs provide ongoing competence and capability assurance to high-risk industries. Having previously attained the prerequisite Unit of Competence, a candidate’s skills and knowledge are benchmarked, updated and assessed against standardised performance criteria, ensuring consistent outcomes.
The Skills Maintenance training programs are conducted in immersive, high-fidelity workplace aligned environments that increase overall retention, recall and reliability when back in the workplace.
