We are currently seeking a Full-time IT support person to join the small dynamic IT team located at our Training Centre in Jandakot. (This role has no remote workplace opportunities.)

As IT and IS Support Officer at ERGT, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the helpdesk and escalate tickets where necessary.
  • Resolve technical issues with networks, workstations, phones, software and other systems within prescribed time frames.
  • Install, configure and administer workstations, peripherals, services, settings and storage devices.
  • Maintain equipment, software and license Inventories.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Delivering onsite and remote help desk support to a high standard.
  • Familiar working with workstation & networking hardware, IP phones, projectors, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of Windows 10, SharePoint, Office 365 and common use apps.
  • Basic Active Directory & Exchange user administration.
  • Operating an IT support ticketing system.
  • Assist with writing technical documentation and user guides. 
  • Have a willingness to learn higher level skills and incorporate those in providing support to users.

  • You have experience or skills in a level 2 IT support role

  • You will be based in our Perth Hub situated in Jandakot
