With increasing demand for emergency response training in the mining sector, we are excited to offer Full-Time and Casual Trainer & Assessor positions. This is your chance to step away from shift work, long rosters, and site-based fatigue while still applying your expertise in a dynamic, rewarding environment.
As a Trainer & Assessor, you’ll help equip workers with the life-saving skills they need in high-risk industries. Your role will focus on training in key areas, including:
- Vertical Rescue
- Breathing Apparatus and Fire Fighting
- Respond to local Emergencies
- Confined Space Rescue
- Road Crash Rescue
- HAZMAT
- Aviation Fire Awareness
- Respond to Wildfire
- Drive Under Operational Conditions
- Operate Pumps

What You’ll Bring
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE 40116 or equivalent)
- First Aid certification
- Strong communication skills and dedication to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in emergency response training or high-risk industries (desirable)
