Training Centre Coordinator – Darwin

ERGT Australia is looking for a Training Centre Coordinator to be based at our Darwin Training Centre. As Training Coordinator, you will support the Darwin Centre Manager to provide Leadership to the Darwin Team, while assisting in developing an appropriate safety culture. You will also coordinate schedules with the Training team to ensure productive use of trainers, facilities and equipment.
Being an RTO, compliance is always a main priority for us and your role as Training Coordinator will be heavily focused on compliance. More specifically, you will oversee compliance of staff sign-offs, industry/vet exposure, first aid and ensure ER drills are conducted by competent training staff. You will also organise maintenance of equipment and facilities in line with compliance standards. Other duties you will undertake as Training Coordinator will include:
- Assisting the Training Centre Manager to manage the training Centre budget with the support of the GM Operations and Resources Manager.
- Working with our National Sales and Service (NSS) team to coordinate the training Centre and maximise staff utilisation.
- Developing the current team to ensure capability to meet current and future demand.
- Liaising with our Learning Design & Development team (LD&D) on course development, ensure changes are communicated and validation is undertaken.
As Training Coordinator at the Darwin training centre, you will be a self-motivated and highly self-accountable team player who knows how to provide effective leadership to a team as part of a larger business.
Derisible qualifications:
- Certificate IV in TAE 401106
- Certificate IV in WHS
- Auditing Qualification
- Incident Investigation Qualification
