Before booking a course
Before booking, it’s important to review the course page in full to ensure it’s right for you. This includes understanding:
- any training standard prerequisites
- prior skills and knowledge requirements
- medical / physical requirements
- delivery and assessment practice
and ensuring you are the intended target audience of the course.

Bookings can be made online at any time. If you have questions or would prefer to book via phone or email, our National Sales & Service team is available to assist.
Our team can also support you in choosing the right course, clarifying requirements, and confirming availability across our training centres.
You’ll be provided with key information including fees, refund and cancellation policies, terms and conditions, delivery modes, and how to access support, policies, and assistance throughout your learning journey.

Now that you are enrolled
Learner support
Once you are enrolled in a course, you will receive a booking confirmation and onboarding email from our Learning Management System (aXcelerate).
In aXcelerate, you will find full details of your course (course overview), onboarding requirements (health and medical questionnaire), what to bring, what is provided, in addition to what to expect during your training.

During course delivery
During training, ERGT supports learners in the classroom and on-site to help them achieve competency in a safe and inclusive environment.
This includes assistance for Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) needs, access to safety and wellbeing support, and guidance on next steps if competency is not achieved. We also offer flexible delivery and assessment options to suit different learning needs, along with ongoing technical support for any digital tools used during training.
