During the booking stage, Our National Sales & Service team is available to help Learners select the right course, understand prerequisites, and confirm availability across our national training centres.

Now that you are enroled

Learner support

Once a course is booked, Learners move into the enrolment phase. ERGT provides support to ensure enrolment is smooth, compliant, and tailored to individual needs. Key support information includes:

Cancelled courses / scheduled courses / rebooking - Information on course changes and options for rescheduling.

Privacy - how your personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with ERGT’s privacy policy.

Rights and responsibilities - what learners can expect from ERGT and what is expected of them.

Recognition of prior learning (RPL) - support for learners seeking recognition of existing skills and experience.

Credit transfer - guidance on transferring previously achieved units of competency.

Health and medical requirements - information on any health, fitness, medical conditions or requirements relevant to training.

Prior skills and knowledge information - entry requirements, required evidence prior to commencement, recommended prior skills, and knowledge for each course.
