The Safer Together Frontline Leadership Training Program is designed for frontline supervisors, team leaders, and workers preparing to step into leadership roles in high-risk industries. The program is suitable for learners with industry experience who are seeking to build or refresh leadership skills to meet workplace safety and operational expectations.

Delivered over 2-days at ERGT Australia, this training is particularly relevant for organisations committed to improving safety culture through strong frontline leadership. No prior learning is required, however learners should be currently employed or preparing for a leadership position.

Learners must be physically able to engage in classroom-based group activities and discussions.

Learners must have basic Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital (LLND) skills to understand safety procedures and complete assessments.
