Leading Safety Culture and Behaviours
The Safe Supervisors Competency Program (SSCP) course covers leading and developing safe teams, managing hazards and risks, managing safety, reporting and investigating incidents and initial ER, an understanding of and influencing safe behaviours.

Learning Outcomes
A certificate of completion is awarded following successful participation of the onshore component. Only after successful completion of the offshore component of the program do participants receive their Safe Supervisor Card.
ERGT Desired Skills and Knowledge
It is recommended (but not mandatory) that trainees are experienced offshore workers, with some lead hand or supervisory experience.
Medical and Health Standards
A medical certificate is not required for this course, however a health questionnaire and declaration of fitness will be required at course registration. Please contact ERGT for any concerns regarding completion of practical training and assessment requirements and to discuss options for reasonable adjustments.
Additional Requirements
A government issued photo identification is required for course registration.
Skills Maintenance
It is expected that Supervisors are maintaining the appropriate skills and knowledge whilst in the workplace.
