The Helideck Incidents Skills Maintenance course at ERGT Australia is recommended for learners who have previously completed PMAOMIR302 Respond to a helideck incident or an ERGT-approved skills maintenance course. It is designed as a refresher program to maintain and update helideck emergency response skills.

This course is suited to learners involved in helideck operations and emergency response teams within the oil, gas, and resources sectors. Learners must be physically capable of wearing protective equipment, moving quickly under emergency conditions, and performing simulated firefighting, rescue, and emergency procedures.

Learners must have basic Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital (LLND) skills to understand safety procedures and complete assessments.
