The Safer Together Frontline Leadership Training Program is designed for frontline supervisors, team leaders, and workers preparing to step into leadership roles in high-risk industries. The program is suitable for learners with industry experience who are seeking to build or refresh leadership skills to meet workplace safety and operational expectations.

Delivered over 2-days at ERGT Australia, this training is particularly relevant for organisations committed to improving safety culture through strong frontline leadership. No prior learning is required, however learners should be currently employed or preparing for a leadership position.

Participation Requirements:

To participate fully in the program, learners should be aware of the following:

Physical Requirements:

• Learners must be physically able to engage in classroom-based group activities and discussions.

Psychological Requirements:

• Learners will engage with real-world case studies and scenarios that may reference serious workplace incidents and leadership failures in high-risk environments
• The program includes group activities that require active participation, sharing of personal perspectives, and constructive feedback between peers
• Learners who find any content challenging are encouraged to speak with their facilitator at any time

Behavioural Requirements:

• Learners are expected to engage respectfully and openly in group discussions and activities throughout both days
• The program requires a willingness to reflect honestly on personal leadership style and behaviours
• Learners should come prepared to contribute to, and learn from, their peers' experiences

Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital 

Learners must have basic Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills to understand safety procedures and complete assessments.
