Course Overview
ERGT Australia’s Aviation Combination course provides training in the safe use of aviation emergency breathing systems, helping learners respond confidently in helicopter ditching and survival situations. and effectively use an Emergency Breathing System (EBS) in compliance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) requirements.
This 1-day course is designed for personnel working in aviation and related industries where both aircraft underwater escape and emergency breathing system (EBS) competencies are required.
learners will gain the knowledge and practical experience to prepare for an aircraft ditching, perform an underwater evacuation, manage post-crash survival hazards, and conduct rescue recovery procedures. Training also covers preparing, operating, and maintaining an EBS safely and effectively in accordance with CASA and national operating standards.

Prerequisites
Medical Requirements:
This training is physically demanding and includes extensive in-water activities. A current industry-approved or HUET medical is required for participation. Please refer to this link for more information: HUET Medical
Medicals must be provided to ERGT Australia as soon as possible after enrolling, but no later than 48 hours prior to your course commencing. Your medical can be submitted through your Learner Onboarding in aXcelerate or emailed to info@ergt.com.au
