The Fast Rescue Craft Continued Competence will refresh and maintain learners skills in operating fast rescue craft (FRC) with this practical, hands-on course designed to meet continued competence requirements.
The 1-day Fast Rescue Craft Continued Competence course at ERGT Australia is for experienced seafarers who have previously completed Fast Rescue Craft (FRC) training and need to demonstrate ongoing capability in operating fast rescue boats. This refresher course focuses on the safe launch, handling, recovery, and rescue operations of FRCs in emergency situations.
This training is delivered through practical exercises in simulated marine conditions, helping learners build confidence and maintain readiness for emergency response at sea. It meets industry and regulatory requirements for continued competence in FRC operations.
This course is designed for personnel and seafarers working on a floating production storage and offloading unit (FPSO) and floating storage offloading (FSO) vessels, who need to maintain their skills in launching, operating and recovering a Fast Rescue Craft.
