Course Overview
In this Fast Rescue Craft course, learners will learn to launch, operate, and manage fast rescue craft safely in real-life emergency scenarios. This hands-on course builds practical skills in launching, navigating, and managing rescue missions in challenging marine environments.
ERGT’s 3-day Fast Rescue Craft course is designed for people working in Offshore Oil and Gas, Maritime, and Emergency Response roles where there’s a need to respond quickly to man overboard incidents or marine emergencies.
This training results in the nationally recognised unit of competancy MARF034 Carry out fast rescue craft operations, giving you the practical capability to launch and operate fast rescue boats, recover casualties, and navigate in low visibility or rough sea conditions.
You’ll train on purpose-built vessels and simulated offshore environments to prepare for the real-world challenges of working on water when lives are on the line.
