OPITO HUET Diver Programme

The OPITO HUET Diver Programme at ERGT Australia is designed for ERGT personnel who are required to undertake helicopter underwater escape and survival training as part of their offshore diver role. This training is essential for preparing learners to respond to emergencies while working in high-risk offshore environments.

This course is suitable for:

• Divers engaged in offshore operations at ERGT Australia 

• ERGT staff working in offshore training delivery areas.

• Learnrs requiring OPITO HUET Diver or ADF HUET Diver outcomes for operational readiness.

No prior learning is required, but learners must meet medical requirements for underwater training, including the ability to use breathing apparatus and operate in simulated emergency conditions.

Learners must have basic Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital (LLND) skills to understand safety procedures and complete assessments.
